Hello! I am so incredibly grateful you've found your way to this space. If you've ever felt like the "everyday hustle" was overshadowing the joy in your life, or if you're simply looking for a way to breathe a little deeper, you are in the right place.

Education, Movement, and Mindfulness

I am an educator to my core, and that passion for teaching is what led me to become a Certified Yoga and Mindfulness Specialist, with a specific focus on Children's Yoga. I believe that the most important lessons we can learn—and teach our children—are how to regulate our emotions, find our center, and protect our mental well-being.

I founded Be The Light as an extension of my work as an educator. It is a company dedicated to mental health advocacy and providing the practical mindfulness tools that every family needs to thrive in a busy world.

My "Why" Family, Service, and Faith

My commitment to mental health isn't just professional; it's deeply personal. My life is a beautiful, busy whirlwind shaped by:

My three children, who I am constantly teaching (and learning from) about presence and peace.

My husband, a proud Marine Corps veteran. Our life as a military family has made mental health awareness a non-negotiable priority in our home.

Our two dogs, who remind us to find joy in the simplest moments.

We live near the water on Long Island, and for us, the beach is more than just a beautiful view—it's a sanctuary. It is where I find God, where the salt air clears the mind, and where my family goes to disconnect from the "noise" and reconnect with what matters.

In a world that often feels heavy, Be The Light is a movement toward clarity. I believe that mindfulness shouldn't be a luxury; it should be the anchor that keeps your family steady.

Through Be The Light, we focus on:
