Every item you order is hand-crafted and printed specifically for you the moment your order is placed. Because we do not maintain a standing inventory or "mass-produce" our collections, we are able to reduce waste and ensure that every piece is created with purpose.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products:

All sales are final. We are unable to offer returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or incorrect size selection.

Quality Assurance & Damages
Your peace of mind is our priority. While we strive for perfection, we understand that sometimes things happen during the journey to your doorstep.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, we want to make it right:

Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent to our production team to begin the creation process. For this reason, we can only honor cancellation requests made within 2 hours of purchase.
