Thank you for being a part of Be the Light. Each piece is created with the intention of spreading hope and serving as a quiet, physical reminder to keep going. We are so grateful you've chosen to carry this message with you.

Please review our heart-centered policies below before placing your order.

Processing Time

Because each item is made to order specifically for you, please allow 5–7 business days for us to prepare your piece.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

During new releases or seasons of high awareness, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your reminder is ready and ships, you will receive a tracking number via the email provided at checkout.

Shipping

We ship via USPS and/or UPS. Shipping times are determined by the carrier once the package leaves our hands.

Be the Light is not responsible for carrier delays, lost, or stolen packages.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We want your package to find its way to you, but we cannot be responsible for orders sent to incorrectly entered addresses.

If a package is returned to us due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping fees to resend the order.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final.
Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our mission-based apparel, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

We want you to feel comfortable and confident in your piece. Please review our Size Charts carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions about fit or the "Just Breathe" sleeve placement, please reach out to us before purchasing.

Order Issues

If your item arrives damaged or there is a production error, we want to make it right. Please email us at:

within 3 days of delivery. Please include clear photos of the issue so our team can review and support you as quickly as possible.
